Epic Cupid Application Analyst – Remote Contract
Position Type : Contract (Remote)
Initial Contract Duration : Through December 31, 2025 with anticipated extension into 2026.
Location : Remote (Enterprise Health System – West Coast)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Application Analyst to join our team on a remote contract basis through the end of the year. The primary focus of this role will be to address and resolve a backlog of Cupid-related enhancements in support of an enterprise-level health system based on the West Coast.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Cupid build, optimization, and workflow design, with the ability to work independently to deliver solutions while collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, prioritize, and implement a backlog of Cupid enhancement requests from stakeholders and end-users.
- Perform analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment for assigned Cupid projects and tickets.
- Collaborate with cardiology clinical teams, physicians, and IT colleagues to refine requirements and deliver optimized workflows.
- Ensure all enhancements align with organizational policies, Epic best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Provide documentation of build changes, workflow modifications, and test scripts.
- Participate in change control and release management processes to ensure smooth implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary follow-up for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback.
Contract Details

Qualifications
Required Epic Certification : Epic CupidMinimum 3 years of Epic Cupid build and configuration experience in a healthcare environment.Strong understanding of cardiology workflows, order sets, imaging integration, and reporting.Experience working with large-scale health systems, preferably in an enterprise environment.Proficiency with Epic testing, validation, and change control processes.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Epic Radiant, Epic Bridges, or other related Epic modules.Background in managing project backlogs and enhancement queues.Familiarity with West Coast health system operational standards and regulatory considerations.
