Civil Litigation Attorney Position Overview :  We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with ideally 2+ years of experience in civil litigation to join a collaborative and growing legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience and receive meaningful mentorship from experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to build their litigation skills while managing a variety of civil matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and trial preparation
• Maintain organized case files and meet court deadlines
• Handle multiple cases with efficiency and attention to detail
• Provide case evaluations and risk assessments to clients
• Assist in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively
• Prepare witnesses and experts for depositions and trial testimony
• Stay up to date on relevant case law and legal trends affecting practice areas
• Ensure compliance with court rules, procedures, and ethical obligations
