A company is looking for a Senior OCM Analyst / OCM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data analysis and stakeholder relationship management to align change initiatives with organizational goals
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder feedback mechanisms and performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support OCM processes and oversee the development of project deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci and Kotter's 8-Step Model
Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to refine OCM strategies
Eligible for or possesses active / interim Secret Clearance
Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
