Key Responsibilities :
Ensure successful completion of daily job processing tasks (e.g., scheduling, system backups, file postings) on the Core Processor to support business objectives.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly processes and job routines to maintain seamless operations across enterprise applications for the Credit Union and its members.
Escalate issues or exceptions promptly to senior engineering staff and IT management.
Provide on-call support for DSFCU enterprise operations.
