As a Flight Operations Dispatcher youll play a vital role in supporting our training center operationsensuring every mission runs smoothly efficiently and on time. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in customer service scheduling or aviation logistics who are ready to grow in a dynamic high-impact environment.
What youll do :
Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft simulators classrooms and instructors
Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
Collaborate with Training Maintenance and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
Support training documentation and scheduling systems
Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards
What were looking for :
12 years of experience in aviation scheduling or customer service
Strong computer skills (Windows-based systems MS Office)
Excellent communication and situational awareness
Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends
Self-motivated organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and grow in a structured team-oriented setting
