Job Description and Duties

The Department of State Hospitals - Napa currently has a full-time, permanent Office Technician (OT) vacancy in the Project Management Unit. The OT reports to directly to the HAR II and is the first point of contact for the department. Duties include but are not limited to : Taking and preparing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, answering telephones, maintaining various record keeping and filing systems, performing simple procurement, communicate with various departments within the hospital, contractors, project stakeholders and other state entities. Applicants must have strong customer service skills, good communication both written and verbal and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.
