A company is looking for a Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

Directly source a rich pipeline of talent for an assigned portfolio of searches

Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop effective sourcing and outreach strategies

Own the early-stage candidate experience and lead various projects to improve sourcing and recruiting efforts

Required Qualifications

At least three years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing top talent

Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship and process improvement

Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams

Bachelor's degree (a plus)

Authorization to work in the United States
