Commercial Loan Officer

Job Description

A well-established community bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer with a strong background in industrial and manufacturing lending .

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, develop, and manage a portfolio of C&I and CRE loans, with emphasis on manufacturing clients.
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, and COIs in the industrial sector.
• Cross-sell treasury, deposit, and business banking solutions.
• Ensure portfolio quality with proactive monitoring and risk management.
• Represent the bank in community and industry events.

Compensation : $120,000 - $150,000 base, plus incentive plan
