    • What You’ll Do as a Real Estate Sales Agent :

  • Stay in regular contact with clients to help drive sales.
  • Build strong relationships that lead to more business.
  • Meet with buyers and sellers to learn what they want, then match them with the right properties.
  • Host open houses to promote our listings.
  • Manage deals from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Reach out to new clients to grow your network.
  • Understand the market and be ready to answer questions about homes and trends.

    • Requirements for Real Estate Sales Agents :

  • Sales experience helps but isn’t required.
  • Comfort with using tech tools.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Driven and able to stay focused on goals.
  • Good at staying organized and managing your time.
  • Must have an active Real Estate License.

    Pay :

    48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule

    Weekend availability
