Job Summary
The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Superintendent and school administrators to strategize, oversee, and administer academic programs spanning PreK12. This role involves providing direct guidance to principals, assistant principals, and support staff to ensure academic advancement, adherence to regulations, and alignment with state standards.
Main Responsibilities :
- Leading and assisting instructional teams at all academic levels
- Guiding principals and administrators towards meeting campus and district objectives
- Supervising academic programs, curriculum planning, and student support initiatives
- Working alongside finance and leadership to harmonize budgets with academic requirements
- Ensuring compliance with state / federal policies and reporting obligations
- Promoting inventive educational programs and professional growth
- Engaging with parents, staff, and community stakeholders to uphold the schools mission
