St. Rita School is a Catholic TK–8 school committed to academic excellence, spiritual development, and the formation of the whole child. We foster a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, act justly, and serve faithfully.

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking part-time teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in the following subject areas :

Spanish (TK-8)
Art (grades TK–8)
Math (middle school)

Each position involves working closely with students in a faith-filled, academically rigorous environment. Exact teaching assignments and schedules will be determined based on school needs and candidate availability.

Ideal Candidates Will :

Demonstrate enthusiasm for their subject and for working with children

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success

Integrate Catholic values into their teaching and professional conduct

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in the subject area or education (Credential preferred)

Prior teaching experience, especially with elementary or middle school students

Familiarity with Catholic education or a willingness to support the school’s mission

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Part-time availability during regular school hours

Wage Range

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
