Thompson Auto Group in Nashua NH is looking for a dedicated Rental Coordinator to join our team. The Rental Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing rental car reservations ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Cash Handling
  • Check Service rental car fleet and track usage and mileage to ensure quality control
  • Create and monitor rental agreements
  • Verify insurance and coordinate with insurance companies
