Job Title : Data Analyst

Location : Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

  • Are you a data enthusiast with a knack for business systems? Our client is seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and business systems analysis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an exciting new reward program, making a significant impact within the organization.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Dual role between Data Analyst and Business Systems Analyst
  • Proficient use of SQL for data analysis and management
  • Writing business requirements as part of the Business Analyst experience
  • Process mapping to build efficiencies and optimize processes
  • Gathering requirements and conducting testing
  • Applying qualitative and quantitative analytical skills rooted in strong business, technology, and data acumen

    • Skills Required :

  • Extensive experience with ETL
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with Data Warehouse

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of business
  • Strong documentation skills

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business with an emphasis on technology. Certifications related to agile or requirement elicitation, safe certifications are preferred.

    • Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Industry, specifically Investments.
