What You’ll Do

Drive Business Development :  Expand our client base through consultative outreach and relationship-building with finance and accounting leaders.

Lead Recruitment :  Recruit and place highly skilled accounting and finance professionals, from staff accountants to CFOs, ensuring strong cultural and technical alignment.

Consult & Advise :  Provide clients with market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring strategies to support business objectives.

Mentor & Collaborate :  Work alongside industry-leading partners, with the opportunity to guide junior recruiters as the division grows.

Deliver Impact :  Be the bridge between top-tier talent and organizations that need them most.

Who We’re Looking For

3+ years of staffing recruiting experience, ideally within IT & Technical Staffing

Proven track record of new business development skills

Experience managing client relationships and full-cycle recruitment with measurable success.

Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by results.

Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (not a remote role).
