We Seek Compassionate Physical Therapists Who :

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Are licensed Physical Therapists in the state of Illinois

Have a minimum of one year of healthcare experience

Possess a valid driver's license and are willing to spend 20% of your day traveling to patient locations

Are committed to meeting critical documentation deadlines

Can effectively manage your time and schedule

Have experience with mobile devices and EMR software
