Job Ad : Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Facility : Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Wedgewood

Location : Lakeland, Florida

Shift : PRN

Salary : $35–$37 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Planning : Collaborate in assessing residents and crafting individualized treatment plans.

Promoting Independence : Empower residents to master daily tasks and regain independence.

Resident Support : Monitor and guide residents in completing prescribed therapeutic activities.

Rehabilitation Assistance : Help residents recover from injury, illness, or other health challenges to achieve their highest potential.

Confidentiality : Ensure all resident information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Team Collaboration : Work harmoniously with interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional care outcomes.

Qualifications

Florida State COTA License : A current Florida COTA license is required.

Preferred Experience : Prior experience in long-term care settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
