• Lab Debug and Verification of complex embedded digital hardware products
• Production Operations and Customer Support to debug and resolve defects to the circuit and component level
• Production Operations and Customer Support root-cause-corrective-action (RCCA)
• Design of complex embedded digital hardware products
• Design with cutting-edge technology from Intel, Microchip, Xilinx (now AMD), NVIDIA, TI (Texas Instruments) and similar semiconductor technologies. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Lab Debug and Verification of complex embedded digital hardware products
• Production Operations and Customer Support to debug and resolve defects to the circuit and component level
• Production Operations and Customer Support root-cause-corrective-action (RCCA)
• Design of complex embedded digital hardware products
• Design with cutting-edge technology from Intel, Microchip, Xilinx, NVIDIA, TI and beyond
• Analysis including derating, reliability, and FMECA
• Schematic integrity checking analysis with Mentor Valydate or equivalent
• Bill-of-Materials (BOM) Configuration Control Management
• Component Selection and End-of-Life Parts Management
• Interacts with architecture / system engineering, program / product management, CAD & SI, ME, FW / SW, purchasing, and Manufacturing Operations
• Design modules that include processors, network switches, backplanes, and IO modules
• Designs using high-speed digital design interfaces including Ethernet, PCIe, DDR SDRAM Memory. Other support circuitry to include DC / DC power, Clocking, JTAG, SPI, I2C, UARTs
• Develop schematics using Cadence DEHDL (Concept) or equivalent
• Use of HW LAB tools : Oscilloscopes and DVMs for verification and debug
• Lab Debug skills for both HW / SW that range from new development to continued sustaining Education : Bachelor or Master's of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Work Experience : 7+ Years relevant experience preferred. Pay Rate Range : $55 / hr. - $65 / hr.
