Your Opportunity

Scion is paving a path in student living and the Assistant General Manager is an instrumental team member in the execution of our vision. This position will assist the General Manager with the supervision of all business functions related to operations and partner closely with the Customer & Sales Experience Manager on initiatives.

The Assistant General Manager has a bias for action and is eager to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced agile collegiate environment. This role demands a customer-centric mindset adaptability attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills. Must be prepared to act as General Manager in their absence.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
