CINEMATOGRAPHER II

As a seasoned Cinematographer at SpaceX, you will play a crucial role in elevating the quality of our video content. With a focus on precision and artistry, you will contribute to capturing the extraordinary moments in the future of space exploration. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in setting up lights, planning shots and executing on a creative vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for cinematography to enhance the overall quality of SpaceX's video content, particularly for major missions and services.
• Lead cinematography efforts for major space missions, ensuring a high level of visual storytelling and technical excellence.
• Film and document critical aspects of space missions, utilizing your expertise to bring a higher level of artistic and technical proficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of camera equipment, ensuring optimal functionality to meet the highest standards for major missions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, communications team members, and other internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, to capture a diverse portfolio of content and elevate the overall production value.
• Willingness to travel to remote launch sites or production locations as needed.
