About the Role
The Company is in search of a Divisional Vice President to lead its Midwest MRO operations. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation within the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including sales, marketing, engineering, new product development, customer service, aftermarket, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and strategic planning. The role demands a leader with a strong background in the aerospace industry, particularly with 3rd party MRO experience, and a proven track record in lean manufacturing and visual management. The Divisional Vice President will also be tasked with improving the product development process, managing P&L for multiple locations, and ensuring the division meets its financial commitments. Candidates for this role at The Company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role with direct P&L responsibility, is required. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading engineering and operations, be adept at strategic planning, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role demands a leader with high integrity, ethical standards, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization is essential.
