Branch Manager - Industrial Services

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Branch Manager position include :

• At least 7 years of experience in project or branch management, ideally within HVAC, boiler, or industrial service environments
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a calm, steady approach to problem-solving
• Oversee daily branch operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, safety compliance, and field coordination
• Collaborate with the sales team to build customer relationships, develop budgets, and manage project dispatch
• Handle local HR responsibilities and interact with union representatives when additional personnel is needed
• Travel up to 20% for internal meetings, client sites, and regional project support (may include multi-day stays)
• Monitor branch financial performance including revenue, cost management, and budgeting
• Promote teamwork between office and field staff to ensure outstanding service delivery

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
