Position Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will report directly to the CIO and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s analytics strategy. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, drive AI adoption, and partner cross-functionally to optimize operations in finance, supply chain, and product development. This role demands both technical mastery and domain expertise to support strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Epicor Prophet 21).
- Optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) by writing advanced SQL and tuning performance.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Epicor Grow to monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
- Lead demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics projects using statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Collaborate with accounting to resolve period-end variances, develop custom queries, reports and portals, and automate financial reporting.
- Mentor junior analysts, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in data governance and documentation.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and enable AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and customer segmentation.
Required Technical Skills
SQL and Database Management5+ years of advanced SQL experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

Qualifications
