Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Builder to join our team in Tampa, FL. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical skills who are comfortable using hand and basic power tools to assemble water treatment equipment .

Responsibilities :

Assemble water treatment equipment following blueprints and work instructions.
Utilize hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
Inspect and test assembled equipment for quality assurance.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company standards.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements :

Basic mechanical skills with experience in hand and power tool usage .

Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints .

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move moderate weights as required for assembly.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
