Senior Executive Assistant – Nonprofit We’re partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the Portland metro area to find an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support their high-performing executive team. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to an organization doing meaningful work in the community! This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Salary : $80k – 90k, DOE Location : Portland, Oregon – HYBRID – 3-days onsite per week Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant : Provide high-level administrative support to the C-suite executive team. Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and anticipate scheduling needs. Compose and manage professional communications, travel planning, and expense reports. Develop polished documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. Support key projects, timesheets, registrations, and leadership offsite events. Maintain and manage the executive administration inbox. Plan and coordinate meetings for the Board of Directors and associated committees. Prepare pre-reads and materials, transcribe meeting minutes, and ensure documentation is organized and accessible. Maintain BoardEffect portal and support board compliance needs. Support internal communications and track project deliverables and timelines. Maintain and digitize key corporate documents. File lobbying reports, process expense reports, and manage invoice coding. Qualifications of the Senior Executive Assistant : 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives. Adept at managing high-volume, high-stakes schedules and communications. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Calm under pressure, highly proactive, and self-directed. Excellent writer and communicator. Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint). Comfortable with Zoom, DocuSign, and hybrid work environments. Experience supporting Boards or executive leadership in a nonprofit setting is preferred. Exposure to disability justice, equity, or inclusion initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Asana, SharePoint, BoardEffect, Certify, NetSuite, or Adobe Suite is preferred. This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
