Job Duties :
Supports kitchen operations through duties like food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and customer service, working under the direction of a head chef or kitchen manager. The role involves assisting with all aspects of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Assisting with food prep, such as slicing, portioning, and assembling dishes.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, tools, equipment, and dining areas.
Receiving and storing deliveries, rotating products, and ensuring adequate supplies.
Serving residents in a professional and friendly manner .
Safely operating and maintaining various kitchen equipment, including slicers and ovens.
Providing customer service, addressing resident needs, and relaying feedback to management.
