A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator who will facilitate the loan closing process in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process, including communication with clients and agencies Review and prepare closing documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements Manage daily reporting and assist in resolving any closing issues Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
