Director, Consumer Products
As a member of Consumer Products team, the Director is responsible for managing multiple technologies that drive value in Consumer Products and the work efforts of the Digital and Technology transformation from design through delivery. The Director will participate in product roadmap development and work with multiple teams in the delivery of continuous business value. In addition, the role will support initiation of new business opportunities identified by business stakeholders for coordination across Enterprise Products teams and Core Platforms. The role will bridge technical and business worlds to ensure the consumer products are designed to meet business needs.
The Director is a Consumer Products evangelist and subject matter expert and serves as a "go to resource" for timely updates to internal and, where applicable, external customers.
Candidate Profile
Education and Required Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in technology, business, or a related discipline.
Experience : 8+ years in technology, product management, or business consulting with a proven track record of progressive responsibility and exceptional performance.
Technical Acumen : Ability to understand and articulate complex technology concepts, bridging technical and non-technical audiences to build consensus.
Strategic Roadmapping : Expertise in defining and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Customer-Centric Mindset : Demonstrated ability to assess end-user requirements, craft innovative solutions, and influence decision-making at all levels.
Delivery Excellence : Successful implementation of new business applications involving complex technology integrations and process transformationson time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction.
Leadership : Direct management of cross-functional, sourced, and matrixed teams; proven ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration.
Technical Partnership : Hands-on experience working with architects and engineers to drive product enhancements and evaluate technical trade-offs.
Financial Stewardship : Managed complex budgets exceeding $3M in direct and indirect costs; skilled in building business cases to secure investment and resources.
Analytical Strength : Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.
Ambiguity Management : Ability to translate open-ended business requirements into clear strategies, success metrics, and execution plans.
Executive Communication : Skilled in storytelling through presentations, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with architects, engineers, and business teams to design innovative features, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver enhancements that maximize business impact.
Delivery Oversight : Establish scope, milestones, and delivery strategies; manage cost estimation, budgets, and timelines for successful execution.
Agile Leadership : Guide business analysts in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements; ensure engineering teams have clarity for execution.
Integration & Launch : Oversee planning for delivery, integration, testing, and post-launch support, ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
