Job Details :

As a Nursing Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing team from 4 pm to 12 am, Monday to Friday.

Sign On Bonus : $3000

What You'll Do :

In this role, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver top-notch care, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your duties will encompass overseeing facility operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with nursing practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care delivery.
• Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource management.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Perform regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff, encouraging their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.
