Salary : $140,000 - $225,000 per year

We are seeking a senior-level attorney with broad labor and employment law experience. The ideal candidate will have a mix of advisory / counseling work for employers and litigation experience. Experience with union negotiations and collective bargaining is a strong plus, though not strictly required.

Job Details

Location : Milwaukee office (onsite preferred initially; hybrid flexibility available once established)

Experience : 5+ years in labor & employment law; litigation and / or collective bargaining a plus

Portable Book : $100,000+ in portable business strongly preferred, though candidates with less will still be considered

Compensation : $125,000–$225,000 base, depending on experience and portable book, plus bonus opportunities

Associates and shareholders have separate bonus structures, based on productivity and origination

Billable Expectation : ~1,800 hours annually

Support : Each attorney is assigned a legal assistant, generally shared with two other attorneys

Interview Process : Two in-person interviews with different partner groups (first interview may be via Zoom / Teams if candidate is outside SE Wisconsin)
