As well as written and oral communication with our clients to service their insurance needs. Customer Support Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, or in person with timely and accurate resolutions. Issue Resolution Identify client needs and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department Product Knowledge Stay up to date on company processes, products, and services to offer relevant information Problem Solving Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, turning challenges into positive experiences Collaboration Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Candidate must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 90 days of hire. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication and organizational skills A strong work ethic and attention to detail A problem-solver who enjoys helping people find solutions

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Support representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. This role offers competitive compensation with a base annual salary starting at $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
