Curries (an ASSA ABLOY branded company) is expanding our Order Management Teams and is hiring a Team Lead for Order Processing. This role will be based out of our manufacturing facility located in Orlando FL.

As a Curries Order Processing Team Lead you will lead an order management team who configure engineered to order product ensuring customer satisfaction quality and productivity meet or exceed company objectives. You will monitor and communicate performance ensuring daily weekly and monthly goals.

You would also :

• Help maintain the smooth and efficient flow of orders through the team which may also include performing many functions within the team as required
• Act as technical and professional mentor to team members and serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and questions
• Measure evaluate and work to continuously improve morale quality and productivity within a team
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing both internally to team members and externally to customers
• Help identify knowledge gaps and provide or facilitate proper levels of training for team members as needed
• Work closely with different levels of the organization and be comfortable providing recommendations acting as a change agent and facilitating development of team members
