We’re currently seeking a Deburr Hand Finisher – Level 3 to join our team on Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 5 : 00am–2 : 30pm) . This full-time, hourly position plays a critical role in ensuring our parts meet the highest standards—free of sharp edges and finished to perfection.

What You’ll Do :

• Follow detailed traveler instructions to complete tasks accurately
• Use a variety of deburring hand tools for different applications
• Read and interpret intermediate blueprints and measurements
• Maintain tight tolerances and avoid oversizing
• Operate sand blast and tumble machines efficiently
• Scribe parts using vibro-peen tools
• Understand surface finishes and edge breaks
• Document production standards and part counts
• Complete discrepant tag information when needed
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

What You Bring :

Physical Requirements :

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You may be exposed to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, and dust.
