What You’ll Do
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes—helping leadership see around corners
- Partner with Program Managers to track project performance, update EACs, and assess cost and schedule risks
- Dive into manufacturing cost drivers, analyzing labor utilization, material variances, and production efficiency
- Support competitive pricing for proposals and contract modifications while ensuring compliance with CAS and government requirements
- Deliver sharp, meaningful management reports that drive real-world decision-making
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all financial reporting and audits
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in financial analytics, reporting, and cost control

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced degree a plus)5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis —manufacturing environment preferredExpertise in manufacturing cost accounting and government contracting complianceAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, etc.)Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to executives and non-financial stakeholders alikeStrong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesDetail-driven with the ability to juggle competing priorities under tight deadlines
