SITE DIRECTOR : AlphaBEST Education - Before / After School Program Site Director, Norman, OK

Salary : $19.00 / hour

Location : Cleveland Elementary School - Norman, OK. 73069

Schedule : The Site Director is expected to report at their site at 6 : 30am- start of school and 15 minutes before school is released until 6 : 15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following :

• Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators.
• Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
