Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning methodologies
- Experience with infrastructure architecture and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Proficiency in tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, and Splunk
- Familiarity with ITIL capacity management best practices and COBIT framework
