We provide free transportation and support without the need for insurance or identification – making it accessible for everyone!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Residential Peer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team! This role lets you make a real difference in the lives of our guests by providing overnight peer support in our welcoming Step-Up Step-Down home. By sharing your own experiences and offering compassion, you can help our guests realize that they are not alone in facing life’s challenges. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to support individuals who are actively working on their mental health goals in a peaceful, home-like environment.

At our Step-Up Step-Down home, we believe in providing more than shelter. We're dedicated to offering transformative support, including private rooms, transportation options, and the freedom to manage school, work, and social activities. On the overnight shift you'll often have opportunities for quiet and one-on-one conversations with guests who are looking for support or company during the night, and sometimes light conversations over breakfast and coffee to build trust and relationships over time. You'll connect with each guest, help them set and achieve wellness objectives, and provide resources that will help them to meet their unmet needs.
