Position : Process Engineer

Responsibilities : This is a great opportunity for a licensed Engineer to join a reputable firm in the area. This person will support the technical aspects for civil / municipal projects with a focus on wastewater treatment. You'll be involved in determining specifications for projects, documentation and calculations, ensuring adherence to regulations, permitting, and other related tasks for each project. This person will perform localized travel, with very few overnights. This is an on-site, direct hire opportunity offering work / life balance, great benefits, and an opportunity to grow into an Office Manager role.

Job Requirements

• B.S in Civil Engineering strongly preferred
• 5+ years experience with wastewater treatment projects required
• PE license required, preferably in the state of North Carolina
• Knowledge of wastewater standards and regulations required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD required
• Ability to work on-site and perform localized travel as needed
• Knowledge of permitting processes required
