About the Role

Join our team as the Director of Clinical and Business Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our clinical, medical, and business strategies. As a key leader, you will develop and implement policies, drive strategic planning, and enhance our marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor staff, directly participating in recruitment and retention initiatives, while fostering a culture of excellence.

Your responsibilities will include guiding operational strategies, conducting performance evaluations, and making recommendations on personnel matters. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the healthcare field, ideally with a focus on behavioral health, mental health, or addiction services. A graduate degree in business, healthcare operations / management, or clinical disciplines is preferred.

To succeed, you should have a strong understanding of policy interpretation and implementation, paired with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Staying current with healthcare trends and contributing to quality improvement initiatives will be essential to your role. You may also be assigned special projects and other responsibilities as directed by the CEO and COO.
