Mechanical and Electrical Assembler
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Pay : Based on experience - $19-21
Schedule : Multiple positions available - 1st and 2nd shift.
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our assembly team. This position involves assembling electromechanical components, wiring, and sub-assemblies according to instructions and drawings, using hand and power tools. Attention to quality, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble parts and units to form larger assemblies using hand and power tools
- Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to diagrams and specifications
- Install components, units, and subassemblies, which may include soldering or micro-welding
- Inspect assemblies and perform tests to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues during assembly
- Follow safety protocols, work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Receive, handle, and organize components; assist with kitting services as needed
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in electronics or mechanical assembly preferred, including wiring and solderingAbility to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructionsProficiency with hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with small componentsProblem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issuesAbility to lift up to fifty pounds and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and good eyesightEffective verbal and written communication skillsWhy Join Us :
