Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our collaborative team of five developers. In this role, you will work directly with internal and external clients to enhance and maintain web applications, including CRM and other business-critical systems. Using VueJS (or another modern JavaScript framework), SQL Server, and backend technologies, you’ll troubleshoot, implement new features, and ensure secure, high-quality applications. Responsibilities :

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain internal and external web applications using VueJS (or other JavaScript frameworks), Node.js, SQL Server, and related tools.
  • Collaborate directly with internal clients (sales, marketing, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance or functional issues while maintaining technical documentation.
  • Ensure application security by implementing secure coding practices and preventing vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in agile project planning, prototyping, and feedback on functional specifications.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, participating in deployments, and rotating leadership responsibilities.
  • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 5+ years of software development experience, ideally with full stack (front-end + back-end + database) skills.
  • Experience with a modern front-end framework such as VueJS (preferred), React, or Angular; willingness to learn VueJS if not already familiar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with clients to understand needs and craft effective solutions.
  • SQL database experience; backend experience (Coldfusion / Lucee a plus, but training will be provided).
  • Ability to work productively in a small, collaborative team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    The base salary range for this position is $90,0000–$110,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
