Position : Medical Practice Administrator / Orthopedics

Location : Ellicott City, Maryland (Main Office)

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Practice Administrator to lead the daily operations of our practice. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth clinical and administrative workflows, optimizing the patient experience, managing staff, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all medical regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations & Leadership

Oversee daily operations of the medical practice to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care. To include oversight and supervision of 7 Department / Office Managers.

• Lead, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
• Develop and implement office policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for staff, providers, and external partners.

Financial & Business Management

Oversight of revenue cycle processes including billing, A / R, and collections.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal and state healthcare regulations.

Patient Services

Oversight of front desk operations, scheduling, check-in / out, and patient communications.

Technology & Reporting

Manage Practice Management system; support staff training and troubleshooting.
