Description

Apple’s UI Frameworks define the look and feel of our software and products. This team is working with some of Apple’s most advanced technologies in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and spatial computing. We work closely with human interface designers and internal clients to define and deliver the foundation of the next generation of user interfaces and entirely new interaction models. As a member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to help shape future products that will delight, inspire, and empower millions of people. This Vision Products Group team is looking for a Software Engineer to help us build UI Frameworks that will drive the next generation of interactive experiences for our platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create software that directly impacts the way developers and customers interact with our products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working on developer-facing frameworks or with UI frameworks in customer-facing applications
• Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, ARKit, and / or Objective-C
• Track record of working across multiple distinct components or layers of a software system
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for spatial computing
• Ability to collaborate and work in a highly cross-functional environment
• At least 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
