The OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career as an OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST.

• You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients with varying general orthopedic to neurological conditions.
• We are seeking a passionate and skilled therapist who can utilize evidence-based practice and Clinical Practice Guidelines to deliver high-quality patient care.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in an Outpatient Rehab setting, experience in Pelvic Floor therapy, and a strong general Physical Therapy background.
• You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education and home exercise programs.
