Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manager repairs and renovations of assigned Clinical buildings at various Naval Bases in the San Diego area.

What You'll Be Doing :

Daily Management of routine and emergency repairs by Contractors.

Attendance of all scheduled Government meetings.

Daily project status reports to Government Leadership.

Development of Estimates and ROMs.

Collaborate with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements.

Routine Site Visits to assigned Clinics.

Monthly reports for Parson's contract fulfillment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience).

Top Secret Clearance.

Strong working knowledge of NAVFAC, DoD, and Federal contracting procedures preferred.

Excellent communication, technical writing, and organizational skills.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring :

Must be willing and eager to learn new concepts.

Excellent Computer and software knowledge.

Security Clearance Requirement : An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range : $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
