Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and state standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home care programs, and injury prevention.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including California labor and licensure standards.

Job Requirements

Current, valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).

Current CPR / BLS certification

Ability to travel and adapt to various clinical environments.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred 1 year of clinical experience (new grads considered for certain assignments).
