HR Specialist 13 This position has sole responsibility for administration and interpretation of the AFSCME Agreement on a Statewide basis for the Department. This position will also interpret MCO, MPE-UTEA, and UAW Agreements and Civil Service Rules for NERE's for assigned facilities.
