Field Supervisor

Must have two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university. A person with a high school diploma or GED may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college. Must be self-motivated in work performance.

Must be able to travel to and from clients' homes during scheduled working hours. Must be able to communicate effectively with case managers and office coworkers. Must be willing to learn community-based programs. Must be able to answer phones and multitask for daily job requirements.
