Job Description : Your Job :

The Team Leader Diagnostic will lead, directs, and evaluates the activities of 35 professionals. You will be responsible for selecting, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating staff for the diagnostic department. You will perform all the behaviors of the staff technologist and support staff. This individual plans, coordinates, and maintains the QA / KVI program for their assigned area(s) of responsibility as well as supervising and performing quality control testing of equipment and accessories used in the department.

Your Job Requirements :

• Approved Training Program in Radiologic Technology is required.
• 2 years minimum broad experience within the field of Radiology and / or other supervisory / management experience.
• Certifications : ARRT, MRT, CPR.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience needed. Trauma and OR work experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various levels of staff.
