Leasing Agent Pay : $21 / hr Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Key Responsibilities Lease and market available apartments, providing tours and highlighting community benefits. Explain rental criteria, application procedures, and lease agreements to prospects. Process applications, prepare leases, and maintain accurate records / reports. Collect deposits and rent, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. Assist residents with move-ins, transfers, lease renewals, and re-certifications. Issue lease violations, conduct inspections, and ensure curb appeal. Support the Community / Assistant Manager with operations, reporting, and resident relations. Uphold Fair Housing laws and company policies. Assist with resident events, meetings, and community initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and marketing. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
