About the Role

As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that the branch is operating safely and effectively so that sales are optimized and customers are satisfied.

What You'll Do :

• Hire, manage and support a sales team (inside and outside), customer service, warehouse staff, and operations personnel
• Manage and be responsible for a P&L
• Develop sales forecasts with your team and meet sales and gross profit targets
• Grow branch revenue by increasing sales to existing customers and penetrating new market.
• Manage the performance of employees
• Build and manage vendor relationships
• Attend all Sales Meetings
• Represent Turtle at all customer events
• Manage sales accounts
